Tampa Bay Shine may offer SMS messaging programs for customer service, scheduling, transactional communications, and marketing communications. Participation in our SMS messaging programs is voluntary.

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging used to answer questions, provide support, communicate about estimates, appointments, scheduling, service updates, and other customer-service matters, and/or marketing messaging that may include discount codes, special offers, promotions, or information about Tampa Bay Shine products and services, depending on the messaging program or programs you choose to opt in to. We will only send messaging content that you have explicitly signed up to receive through the applicable opt-in process. Messages will be sent from 727-351-1779.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program. If you want to join again, you may sign up again through the applicable opt-in process.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent by you to us.
